Thanks for asking.
The private key and mnemonic phrase are the key factors of keeping your asset secure. Do NOT disclose your private key or mnemonic phrase to any third party, or they will get hold of your crypto. When you keep them secure and isolated from the third party, you don't need to worry about losing a SafePal S1 device or the cellphone with a SafePal App, because:
-If you lose the phone, you can pair the hardware device with a new cellphone;
(Kindly check this tutorial video Step3 to know how to pair your hardware wallet with SafePal App)
-If you lose the hardware wallet, your asset can still be recovered with the correct mnemonic phrase on a new SafePal device.
(Kindly check this tutorial video, it's about how to recover your wallet)
Please note that after you recover your wallet, you can check whether the address of the asset is the same as your previous address. If it is the same, the asset balance should be displayed.
Meanwhile, If you used the Passphrase feature in your previous wallet, you still need to use the Passphrase feature when you recover your current wallet.
For more Passphrase feature details check here.
Hope this could help!
