It is important to note that the S1 should be charged with a 5V charging plug, typically found in mobile phone chargers or USB interfaces on computers. It is strongly advised not to use the charging plug from a laptop, as it can cause damage to the S1 device.
When the battery is fully charged, the battery logo is white, and the lightning label will not be displayed when the USB cable is inserted.
If the battery is dead, the battery symbol is yellow, and insert the USB cable will have a lightning symbol. (Please check the picture below)
If the wallet you received cannot be charged, please try to charge it for a long time (such as charging for 24 hours) and then check if it can be fully charged.
If it still does not work, we recommended you to replace a good USB cable and try charging again. If you still have questions, feel free to contact us.
