On version 3.7.0 SafePal App, SafePal wallet supports sub-account feature now!
This section will demonstrate how to create a sub-account in your SafePal hardware wallet.
Note: 1. Only the mnemonic phrase wallet supports the sub-account feature, while in a private key wallet and in observation mode the sub-account feature is not available.
2. The sub-account supports only the EVM(Ethereum virtual machine ) chains, you can learn more and further about the EVM at this link.
This article contains the following steps:
Step2 Navigate to sub-account interface
Step1 Upgrade your App
Upgrade your SafePal App to the latest version first, the latest SafePal App can be downloaded from this link.
Step2 Navigate to sub-account interface
Launch your SafePal App, click your wallet name
Click the ‘Three-dot’ button
Click 'Create Account'
Step3 Add sub-account
Enter your sub-account name, then click ‘Create’
Step4 Complete
Congratulations! You have successfully added a sub-account to your SafePal hardware wallet. SafePal hardware wallet doesn't support modifying the avatar or name of the sub-account at this stage.
