This tutorial contains the following four steps:

Once you have completed all the steps and received a confirmation email that your card has been completed. Go back to the campaign page and click on ‘Claim 10 ARB’ for Task 1, and the reward will be distributed in order of completion of the task.

Step1 Download and setup the SafePal App
The first step is to download the SafePal App here, set up the latest version (V4.5.0 or above) on your phone, and create or import a wallet into the SafePal App. The following are some useful tutorials you may need:

Step2 Open the Bank Account
Prior to initiating the account setup, please verify that your wallet contains 0.002 ETH and 10 USDC on the Arbitrum network. These assets are for verification purposes only, and no fees are charged. Launch the SafePal App, navigate to the 'Bank' section, and select 'Get Started' followed by 'Next'.
Choose a preferred number to serve as your account ID. If you possess a referral code, make sure to input it. Proceed by clicking 'Mint My Account NFT' and await the minting process, which typically spans approximately 10-20 seconds, to finalize the creation of your account.
Upon creating the account, you will be awarded an Account NFT. Registration is required thereafter to commence utilizing the banking services.
Step3 Register your Bank Account
Get your passport ready before registration, Click the Register on Fiat24 button in the Bank homepage.
Enter the registration page of Fiat24, complete the signature, and fill in the information according to the prompts on the page.
When clicking "I own this account alone", it will redirect you to sign that this is the sole beneficial owner of the account.
Next, please provide and verify your email and mobile phone number.
Next, verify your address information and authorize SafePal App to read the location information. Your location information is only used for bank account registration. SafePal will not obtain or store your location information. You can turn off this authorization after the registration process.
Please note that if you are an Android phone user, you may see options for ‘precise location’ or ‘approximate location’. Please select the ‘precise location’, otherwise the address verification cannot be completed.
Fill in your residential address. Please note that the distance between your location and the address you fill in needs to be less than 2km, otherwise the verification will not be valid.
Next, download and complete the steps in the ReadID Ready application. The ReadID app is required for passport and identity checks
Go through the steps in the ReadID Ready app and scan the photo page of your passport.
Step 3 Application Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming that your application is under review.
Once your information has been reviewed and there are no problems, you will receive an email confirming that your account is now online and you can enjoy our full range of services.
Step4 Set the spending limit
Launch your SafePal Fiat24 Visa Card in your SafePal App, click 'Get started' to initial the steps for setting your spending limit of your SafePal Fiat24 Visa Card.
Enter the limit amount of your visa card, choose a network fee standard, and click 'Approve' to sign the authorization.
Enter your SafePal App password to confirm the authorization signature.
Congrats! You have completed the setting of the spending limit of your SafePal Fiat24 Card. After the setting is completed, you can see the consumption limit and spent limit on the current page. You can adjust the card’s consumption limit by clicking the 'Edit Limit' button on the following screenshot.
Step5 Personal Privacy Information Security Instructions
SafePal is only providing a gateway for users to access the banking services of Fiat24. In adherence with data protection laws, SafePal does not store or have access to any of the personal information used to register for the Fiat24 bank account. This information is only stored internally at relevant departments of the Fiat24 bank.
When you've completed all of the above tasks, you can click the ”Claim” button in the page to receive a reward of 10 ARB in order of completion of the task.
