Thank you for choosing SafePal!
When using the S1 hardware wallet, you will need to pair it with the SafePal App so that SafePal App can update all the details of your on-chain assets and you can view and manage your funds easily. If you have created a new wallet on the S1 device and paired the S1 device with the App, then you might want to manually add some coins into your S1 hardware wallet.
