Step1 Download and setup the SafePal App
The first step is to download the SafePal App here, set up the latest version (V4.5.0 or above) on your phone, and create or import a wallet into the SafePal App. The following are some useful tutorials you may need:
Step2 Open and activate a Bank Account
Prior to initiating the account setup, please verify that your wallet contains at least 0.0001 ETH on the Arbitrum network. These assets are for verification purposes only, and no fees are charged. Launch the SafePal App, and navigate to the 'Bank' section and click Get Started.
Please read the instructions carefully. If you agree to the Terms & Conditions of the SafePal Fait24 Bank account, tick the box and click Next to proceed.
Wait for the account creation.

Step3 Complete registration
Click the Register on Fiat24 button in the picture above to complete the identity verification (Registration is required thereafter to commence utilizing the full Fiat24 banking services). Enter the registration page of Fiat24, complete the signature, and fill in the information according to the prompts on the page.
When clicking "I own this account alone", it will redirect you to sign that he is the sole beneficial owner of the account.
Next, please provide and verify your email and mobile phone number.
Next, verify your address information and authorize SafePal App to read the location information. Your location information is only used for bank account registration. SafePal will not obtain or store your location information. You can turn off this authorization after the registration process.
Please note that if you are an Android phone user, you may see options for ‘precise location’ or ‘approximate location’. Please select the ‘precise location’, otherwise the address verification cannot be completed.
Fill in your residential address. Please note that the distance between your location and the address you fill in needs to be less than 2km, otherwise the verification will not be valid.
Next, download and complete the steps in the ReadID Ready application. The ReadID app is required for passport and identity checks.

In adherence with data protection laws, SafePal does not store or have access to any of the personal information used to register for the Fiat24 bank account. This information is only stored internally at relevant departments of the Fiat24 bank.
Go through the steps in the ReadID Ready app and scan the photo page of your passport.
You will receive an email confirming that your application is under review.
Once your information has been reviewed and there are no problems, you will receive an email confirming that your account is now online and you can enjoy our full range of services.
