How to Add Payout Accounts

Thank you for choosing SafePal!

Currently, you can only tansfer your funds to account from the address book list, and you cannot manually add a payout account. If you want to add a certain account to your address book, please use that account to deposit funds to your Fiat24 account first. After the transfer is successful, the deposit account will be automatically added to your address book.

You can make a deposit by following the steps below:

Step 1: Launch the SafePal App and navigate to the Bank page, click 'Deposit'.

Step 2: Select IBAN, then select the fiat account you want to deposit.

Step 3: According to the displayed IBAN information, use your other bank to transfer any amount to your Fiat24 account.

Step4: When the transfer is completed, the bank information you transferred the funds from will appear in the Account list.

Please note that not all banks can be added to the list. If it is not added successfully, it means that transfers from Fiat24 bank to this bank are not currently supported.
