Since Binance is a centralized trading platform, it requires MEMO for every deposit. If you forgot to add the Memo when you deposited it, please submit a request and send the following information of the wrong transfer.
- TX ID of the transfer
- Token name of the transfer
- Blockchain/Network that the token belongs to
- A detailed description (so that the support team can understand your request)

Note: If the refund address is from another centralized exchange, which also requires a Tag or Memo, it could be possible that the funds are directly returned to the exchange address without a tag or memo. In this case, please reach out to the exchange that receives the refund for further assistance.
