Dear customers, thank you for choosing SafePal!
The S1 Pro hardware wallet is designed as an offline device, which means it does not have the capability to connect to the internet or blockchain for cryptocurrency transactions. In order to initiate a crypto transfer or authorize a DApp login, the S1 Pro hardware wallet must be paired with the SafePal App first. This allows the SafePal App to handle the broadcasting of crypto transfers and retrieve data from blockchains or DApps. By following this process, your private key remains securely stored within the offline S1 device. Therefore, after setting up the S1 Pro hardware wallet, the final step is to establish a pairing between the S1 device and the SafePal App.
