When using the SafePal X1 hardware wallet, you will need to connect it with the SafePal App via Bluetooth to update all details of your on-chain assets to view and manage your funds easily.
If you have created a new wallet on the X1 device and paired it with the SafePal App via Bluetooth, then you might want to add some coins into your X1 hardware wallet and transfer them with the device.
This article provides a tutorial on how to add, receive, and send out $INJ(Injective) with a SafePal X1 hardware wallet.
This article contains the following four steps:
- Step 1 Prepare the X1 Device
- Step 2 Add the $INJ(Injective)
- Step 3 To receive $INJ(Injective)
- Step 4 To send out $INJ(Injective)
Step1 Prepare the X1 Device

Step2 Add the $INJ(Injective)
Launch your SafePal App, click the icon with the three dots, then click ‘Manage Coins’ on the App homepage.
Click the ‘Search’ icon or the blank field after the button, then enter the name of the coin that you would like to add.
Select the coin that you’d like to add, which is $INJ(Injective) in this case and click the ‘+’ button.
Enter the PIN code on your X1 device to authorize the signature.
A prompt message 'Added successfully' will appear on your X1 device telling you that the coin has been added successfully.
Step3 To receive $INJ(Injective)
Select the coin that you want to receive on your SafePal App, and click ‘Receive’.
Copy or share the wallet address with your friends, to start receiving the $INJ(Injective) coins using the address!
Note: Please do check and ensure that all the addresses/memos (if needed)/networks are correct when you transfer or receive a cryptocurrency. It is recommended to send a small amount first as a test before transferring the remaining amount, thus preventing huge losses due to human errors.
Step4 To send out $INJ(Injective)
Open the X1 wallet on your SafePal App(which you paired via Bluetooth), and click the $INJ(Injective).
Select the coin that you want to send out, and click ‘Send’.
Enter the recipient address and the amount of the transaction, and click 'Next'.
Since blockchain transfers are irreversible, double-check all the transfer details to avoid mistakes. Once you confirm the details, click 'Send' and enter the Security Password. For convenience, you can also enable fingerprint to sign the transfer.
Next, launch your X1 device and sign the transaction signature.
Enter your PIN code for X1 device to authorize this transaction.
Once the transfer is signed, it will be broadcast to the blockchain. Don't forget to check the status of the transfer and make sure it goes through successfully.
Caution: Once a transfer is confirmed on the blockchain, no one, including SafePal, can reverse the transfer, even if the transfer is sent mistakenly. Do pay attention to the transfer details and avoid making wrong transactions.
The X1 hardware wallet is an offline device to keep your private key and mnemonic phrase protected, it can’t detect and update the balances automatically. To check the balance of the X1 wallet account, please pair the SafePal App with the X1 device, the SafePal App can display all of the asset details of your wallet.
