When using the SafePal X1 hardware wallet, you will need to connect it with the SafePal App via Bluetooth so that SafePal App can update all the details of your on-chain assets and you can view and manage your funds easily.
If you have created a new wallet on the X1 device and paired the S1 device with the App via Bluetooth, then you might want to manually add some coins into your X1 hardware wallet and transfer cryptos with the X1 device. This article provides a tutorial on how to add, receive and send out $KAS(Kaspa) with a SafePal X1 hardware wallet.
This article contains the following four steps:

- Step 2 Add the $KAS(Kaspa)

Search for the coin name that you would like to add.
Select the coin that you’d like to add (which is $KAS(Kaspa) on the KASPA network in this case ) and click the ‘+’ button.
Synchronize with your X1 wallet, click the Continue tab.
The App will display the prompt message that you need to authorize it on your X1 wallet device.
Enter the PIN code on your X1 device to authorize the signature, the $KAS(Kaspa) coin will be successfully added to your wallet.
Step3 Receive $KAS(Kaspa)
Gently click on the coin that you want to receive on your SafePal App, and click ‘Receive’.
Copy or share the wallet address with your friends, then you can start to receive the $KAS(Kaspa) coins using the address!
Note: Please do check and ensure that all the addresses/memos (if needed)/networks are correct when you transfer or receive a cryptocurrency. It is recommended to send a small amount first as a test before transferring the remaining amount, thus preventing huge losses due to human errors.
Step4 Send out $KAS(Kaspa)
Open the X1 wallet on your SafePal App(which you paired via the Bluetooth), click the $KAS(Kaspa).
Gently click on the coin that you want to send out, and click ‘Send’.
Enter the recipient address and the amount of the transaction, and click 'Next'.Since blockchain transfers are irreversible, double-check all the transfer details to avoid mistakes.
Then please launch your X1 device and check the $KAS transaction details, after you confirm it, click OK button on your X1 wallet.
Enter your pin code of X1 device to authorize this transaction.
Once the transfer is signed, it will be broadcast to the blockchain. Don't forget to check the status of the transfer and make sure it goes through successfully.
Caution: Once a transfer is confirmed on the blockchain, no one, including SafePal, can revert the transfer, even if the transfer is sent mistakenly. So do pay attention to the transfer details and avoid making wrong transactions.
The X1 hardware wallet is an offline device to keep your private key and mnemonic phrase protected, it can’t detect and update the balances automatically. To check the balance of the hardware wallet account, please pair the SafePal App with the X1 device, the SafePal App can display all of the asset details of your wallet.
