How can I get SFP Token?
How can I get SFP Token? During the take-off stage, a certain percentage of SFP tokens will be airdropped to the community. Till February 10th 2021, up to 500-1000 SFP tokens will be distributed exclusively to the early supporters who participate in the SafePal product usage and social engagement. Your SFP tokens will be credited to your SafePal wallet account. The first phase of SFP airdrop has been completed on January 3th (Read our announcement ). Following were the ways how you can get your SFP tokens in the first phase. The second phase of SFP airdrop will be launched in the coming 1-2 weeks. To claim SFP token, firstly make sure you have downloaded the SafePal App from the SafePal website, GooglePlay and AppStore.
Then head over to the ‘Claim SFP’ Dapps in the App.
In the ‘Claim SFP’ Dapp, you will see different tasks. Now you can start to claim SFP by using SafePal and sharing it with your friends!
How can I see my SFP balance?
You can view your SFP balance directly in the Asset section of the SafePal App. You can see how SFP is claimed and spent in the previous record. Since SFP is not listed in any exchange yet, there is no price tagged on it. The SFP tokens will be reserved and transferred to you when the SFP token is listed on the exchange.
I can’t find the ‘Claim SFP’ Dapp in the SafePal App. Why is that?
Please make sure your SafePal App is upgraded to the latest V2.5.0 to claim SFP.

Is the SFP Token transferrable?
The SFP Tokens are not transferrable before any concrete listing plan. At the moment, the only way to get SFP Token is through finishing the tasks in the SafePal App. Once the tokens are claimed, they will be stored and displayed in your SafePal wallet account.
What would be the next phases of SFP and when would they launch?
We are working on a few more phases internally and we will announce new phases of the SFP Token Distribution Program soon for everyone to earn more SFP. When will SFP be listed on an exchange?
Our team is actively pushing forward the listing process. We are, at the moment, unable to disclose further details on which exchanges and when the listing process will be completed. What’s the future of SFP?
As SafePal continues to evolve and develop, more useful features will be added to the SafePal platform to enable users to securely store and conveniently grow their crypto assets. SFP Token, as the core of SafePal platform, will always be an organic part of the SafePal features. Among all the future roadmap listed below, one important feature to be launched soon in Q1 2021 is SafePal Earn. SafePal Earn is a financial aggregator of DeFi and CeFi for users to earn extra yields by holding crypto assets. Users will be able to choose different wealth management programs with different APYs according to their own risk preference. When SafePal Earn is launched, SFP holders will enjoy extra yields from their selected programs.
I got a message saying, "SFP will be transferred to this address prior to listing on an exchange" What does this mean?
Thanks for asking.
Before the SFP token was listed by the exchange, the SFP token could only be store in the SafePal wallet and cannot make transfers. When SFPToken is listed on the exchange, SFPToken will be airdropped to your BSC address. At the same time, you can transfer it.

What happens if I still don't receive my SFP after successful reference to my friends?
Right now the team is working on the bot account disqualification. We want to make sure that ONLY legitimate users are able to claim the tokens. For those legitimate users who have successfully invited friends and completed the requested task, please rest assured that all data is recorded in the back-end already. The team will gradually credit the tokens to the qualified accounts after the bot accounts are removed. This might take a few days since the participants are massive. We deeply appreciate your patience.
I just ordered a SafePal S1 Hardware Wallet. Can I still claim my 300 SFP?
Since there is limit on each claim SFP task pool, for now the task to pair with SafePal Hardware Wallet and claim 300 SFP has been all finished. This task will be re-opened in the second phrase of the SFP airdrop campaign. Welcome to stay tuned for our latest updates!
How can I apply for refund to my SafePal S1 hardware wallet?
You can apply for a full refund if the SafePal package is not sent yet. To apply for full refund, please send the Order number to us (Please visit www.safepal.io to submit a request. )
Fiat payment will be returned within 7 business days, and crypto payment （Please provide the Crypto payment address used when placing the order）will be returned within 15 business days.
Will there be new SFP claim tasks coming next??
Yes. There will be a second phase of the SFP airdrop to the communities, including the hardware wallet rewards. Further details are under internal discussion. The concrete timeline will be announced through our Twitter and Telegram once we are ready. Please stay tuned with patience.
Why can't I receive my SFP token even after I finished the tasks?
There is a hard cap limit for each reward pool. Once the pool reaches the limit, new participants cannot be credited. During the 3-day campaign, thousands of users are completing tasks simultaneously in the SafePal App. Hence the pool will be distributed based on ‘First come, first serve’ principle. Sorry that we cannot serve everyone.
The SFP balance shown in my wallet is different from the balance shown in the 'Claim SFP' DApp. Why is that?
This is a special case caused by the server not synchronizing data in-time under huge concurrency. The SFP that you are credited should be the same with the balance shown in the ‘Claim SFP’ DApp. The missing part will be credited to users’ wallet account within this week.
Why am I not receiving my SFP on the blockchain?
SFP token is not transferable before any exchange listing. Please read the blog announcement the team released on January 1st.
A lot of cheaters are reported, squeezing legitimate users’ SFP. Will they be removed?
That’s a hard yes. SFP should only be in the hands of legitimate users. Cheater’s accounts will be taken off within this week. For those users who still haven’t been credited with SFP, appreciate your patience, we will gradually credit the tokens to your wallet account if you are qualified as the pool participants.
When will round 2 of airdrop be launched?
The team is actively preparing for the second round of the token distribution. The second round will be designed based on actual product usage to make sure the SafePal supporters are incentivized. Stay tuned. Announcement will be released very soon.
What would be the price of SFP?
That is up to the community and market to decide. The team will not participate in any token discussion, price speculation, or prediction. We will continue to make SafePal a useful product to everyone so that SFP realizes its core value to the SafePal ecosystem.
