The Binance Mini Program account is created based on your BNB wallet address, while your BNB wallet address is tagged to the mnemonic phrase of the wallet.
So long as your mnemonic phrase is securely backed up and stored, you can always retrieve the Binance Mini Program account by recovering the mnemonic phrase in the SafePal App and login into the Binance Mini Program again.
But if you've lost your mnemonic phrase, your Binance Mini Program account attached to the wallet will be lost permanently as well.
