When you have successfully placed an order on the SafePal website, you will receive an email notification that contains all of the order details such as the Order ID, item, quantity, etc. The Order Number (also called Order ID) can be found in the email.
If you didn't receive an email, please check your spam box and see if it's spammed.
If you still can't find the email in the spam box, another possibility is that your mailbox is full and cannot receive new emails. In this case, please kindly check your mailbox settings and delete some of the emails to spare new room for new incoming emails.
