There could be two possibilities when you see your order being canceled:
1. There are duplicate orders created, and only one was paid
In some cases, you might have mistakenly created several orders at the same time. Please kindly check your e-mail and see if you have received multiple order notifications. If multiple orders are placed but only one was paid, the paid order will be shipped in time and you will receive a delivery notification later. The duplicate orders, in this case, will be automatically canceled.
2. Crytpo transaction was not confirmed
If you have paid the order via crypto payment, it could be possible that the transaction was not confirmed successfully, possibly due to the low gas fee. Please check the payment status on the chain. If the payment is indeed not successful, you might need to create another order and pay again.
