For a SafePal wallet, the most important thing is the mnemonic phrase, so if your mnemonic phrase is the correct back up then no worries.
The private key and mnemonic phrases are the key factors in keeping your asset secure. Do NOT disclose your private key or mnemonic phrase to any third party, or they will get hold of your crypto. When you keep them secure and isolated from the third party, you don't need to worry about losing a SafePal S1 device or a cellphone with a SafePal App, because:
-If you lose the phone, you can pair the hardware device with a new cellphone;
-If you lose the hardware wallet, your asset can still be recovered with the correct mnemonic phrase on any other BIP39/44 compatible wallet.(SafePal is using BIP39/44 standard)
Here is a recovery guide video, kindly check it if you are interested.
Hope this could help!
