In this section, you may find the answers or solutions to some typical inquiries or issues regarding token/coin management in a SafePal wallet.
1. What can I do if there is no price or wrong price for a token in my wallet?
Right now, SafePal App fetches price info from Binance, DeBank and CoinGecko, three of the significant price info sources. If a token is not listed on any of the three sources that we are using, then it will have no price info in the SafePal App.
But if you notice a token or coin listed on Binance or CoinGecko or DeBank but has no price info in SafePal App, you are welcome to contact our support team and provide the below info:
- Cryptocurrency name:
- Smart contract(for a token only):
- Mainnet(Network):
After the SafePal support team receives the ticket you submit, the support team will update the latest price info and get back to you in 24-48 hours. But indeed, sometimes a token that has no or incorrect price info can also be caused by your phone's unstable internet connection, or the token itself that has been migrated to a new contract and the previous one stopped running, if it is the case like this, we will also respond to you and explain it clearly.
2. Can I custom add a token to my SafePal wallet?
The answer is an absolute yes! You can follow the below steps to quickly add a token you’d like to add:
Click on the ‘three dot’ button on the SafePal homepage, then click the ‘Manage Coins’, input the name of the token in the search bar, and click the ‘+’ button after the crypto name to add the token.

3. How can I sell my cryptocurrencies into FIAT currency in my SafePal wallet?
We are excited to inform you that the DApp within the SafePal wallet now supports selling your certain cryptocurrencies into fiat currency now!

Also if you would like to sell any tokens or coins for FIAT currency to the bank account, you will need to send them to a centralized exchange that supports the FIAT currencies, you can exchange them for the local/FIAT (e.g. EURO, Dollar...) currency on a centralized exchange, then you can ask to withdraw the fiat fund to the bank account!
