In addition, we may receive pop-up messages like the below screenshot when using the SafePal App, actually, it is not an App issue, but are some useful instructed messages:
The above popup messages are two typical instructed prompts that tell us that there is no or insufficient gas fee to pay for the transfer in the wallet.
For example, transferring ERC20 tokens like $USDT(ERC20) will require enough $ETH to pay the miner fee or gas fee (what people usually like to call it). Moving the BEP20 token like $BUSD(BEP20) requires $BNB(BEP20) to pay the miner fee. This gas fee is not charged by SafePal, but by the network miners who confirm and broadcast the transactions on the blockchain. Following are some typical examples:
BEP20 tokens=>mainnet coin BNB(BEP20)
BEP2 tokens=>mainnet coin BNB(BEP2)
TRC20 tokens=>mainnet coin TRX
ERC20 tokens=>ETH(ERC20)
SafePal has launched a powerful feature: Gas Station, the new Gas station feature is very convenient for users to buy small amounts of crypto for gas fees, the guideline on how to use Gas Station can be found here .
You can also ask your friends to send you the mainnet coins like $BNB(BEP20) and $ETH(ERC20)as a gas fee if they have them.
Also, you can also ensure that you have the required coin for the gas fee by purchasing it from a crypto exchange. You can typically use cryptocurrencies or fiat currency to make the purchase. Once you have obtained the necessary coins, you can transfer it to your SafePal wallet to use as the transaction fee. After completing this step, you will be able to smoothly carry out transfers within your SafePal wallet.
Have an incredible journey through the SafePal-powered crypto space!
