When your Swap order is stuck, its status will be shown as 'To be processed' in the Swap order center. You can choose to continue the stuck Swap order with the updated exchange rate. This article shows how to continue a stuck Swap order.

Step 1 Enter the Swap order history
Open the SafePal App, go to the Swap tab, and click the order icon at the right upper corner of the Swap page
Step 2 Select the stuck order
In the order history, you will see all of the historical Swap orders. Click on the stuck order and enter the order info page.
Step 3 Cancel the order
On the order detail page, the details of the stuck order are displayed. There will be two options for a stuck Swap order: 1) continue to exchange with the updated exchange rate, or 2) cancel the order.
In this article, choose "Continue to exchange based on the current exchange rate', and sign the approval.
After approving the action, the Swap order will be executed again based on the updated exchange rate. Please wait patiently for the order completion.
