Step 1 Get prepared for SafePal Extension Wallet
Firstly, install the SafePal extension wallet on your browser and launch the extension wallet.
The SafePal extension wallet can be downloaded from this link.
Step 2 Choose to Create a wallet
Click ‘Create Wallet.’
Step 3 Set the password
Enter and repeat your password after launching the extension wallet and click ‘Next’.
Note: The password is essential and used to unlock your wallet, approve transactions and back up your mnemonic phrase. Please tightly remember it and don’t give it to anyone else.
Step 4 Generate your mnemonic phrase
After carefully reading the notes and instructions, click ‘Generate’.
Step 5 Back up your mnemonic phrase
Then please note down and securely back up the mnemonic phrase of your extension wallet.
Note： Don’t disclose your mnemonic phrase to anyone else. The mnemonic phrase is the only proof of ownership for your crypto assets. Once lost, nobody can help to recover your extension wallet and assets.
Step 6 Verify your mnemonic phrase
Click the words in the correct order to make sure you have correctly backed up your mnemonic phrase. Then click ‘Next’
Step 7 Name your wallet
Name your wallet and click ‘Continue.’
Step 8 Completed
Congratulations! You have successfully created a SafePal extension wallet.
