Please read the following guides carefully to get started with the SafePal Affiliate Program and your referrals properly.
Step 1: Sign up to become a SafePal affiliate
Open the SafePal official website and scroll to the bottom, click "Affiliate" to enter the Affiliate page, and then click "Register Now" to enter the registration page.
Fill in your registration information according to the instructions and read the terms carefully. After completion, click "Sign up now" to complete the registration. You will then receive an email notification upon successful registration.
Please note that the email address you registered with must be available. This is the only way for us to contact you, and we will also send commission settlement notifications to this email address.
Step 2: Log in and complete your personal information
After logging in to your Affiliate account using your registered account name and password, click on your account name in the upper right corner, select "Profile settings", and then fill in your personal profile correctly.
You will also need to click on "Payout methods" here to set your preferred method of receiving commissions. You can choose to use your PayPal account to receive payments, or you can leave your USDT (Bep20) address to receive crypto as payments. Please make sure your account information is correct, as SafePal will not be responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect information.
Step 3: Get your referral link
Click the "Program" menu on the left, where you can see all the SafePal affiliate programs you have joined, and also your current referral rebate ratio on this interface.
Newly registered affiliates will receive a sales commission rate of 10%. After you successfully complete 100 conversion orders, you can send an email to sales@safepal.com to apply for an increase in the commission rate to 20%.
Click "View" to enter the current affiliate program details page, where you can directly see your referral link. Share this link with your target audience to receive a commission from all orders successfully placed through this link. All sales records will be viewable in the "Conversions'' menu.
Step 4: Start to earn commission
We conduct commission settlements every month. We will send a settlement commission notification to affiliates whose total commission reaches US$100 on the last day of each month, and pay the commission on the 4th of the following month based on the payment information provided by the affiliate. Bills that cannot be settled due to the affiliate's failure to provide payment information in time will be deferred to the next billing cycle.

- Why don’t I earn a commission for orders purchased through my referral link?
This doesn't happen often, but it is possible. If the buyer and affiliate are on the same network, the order may not be considered a successful conversion. If a buyer uses a browser with ad blocking capabilities to place an order, or a browser with encryption (such as Brave Browser) to place an order, the order may not be considered a successful conversion. In these cases, the affiliate will not receive commissions. If you encounter this situation, please email sales@safepal.com for assistance.
- How to use banners in Assets?
You can view your Assets Wall by clicking on the "Programs" menu and then clicking on "View". We provide promotional banners in 15 languages for all products, which can be chosen according to your needs. Click on the banner you selected, copy the code and embed it into your article.
- How to change the referral link to a specific product page?
You can do this by modifying the product code in your referral link. For example, if you want to guide your customers to jump to the purchase page of X1 wallet, you can change the product code "s1" in the referral link to "x1". Below are the product codes for all SafePal products:
