There might be two reasons why you don’t see all of your coins from the SafePal App:
Reason 1 The coin/token is not manually added in the App
Check in the SafePal App and see if the missing coins/tokens have been added to the asset list. If not, kindly follow this guide to add the coins/tokens to the list.
Reason 2 The coin/token isn’t supported by SafePal wallet yet
If some of the coins/tokens you own are not supported by SafePal, they will not be displayed in the asset list. You can check all of the supported cryptocurrencies from this page.
