When creating a new wallet on the SafePal S1 device, you will be requested to go through the mnemonic phrase back-up process by noting down the mnemonic phrase on a piece of paper or metal. After you’ve created a wallet on the SafePal S1, there is no other method to back up your mnemonic phrase once again.
